- The mass flow meter accurately displays the gas flow, and is programmable to automatically control the gas flow.
- Molecular pumps, diffusion pumps, Roots pumps, mechanical pumps can meet a variety of vacuum requirements.
- The digital vacuum gauge displays the vacuum with high precision.
