The Main Purpose
This equipment is widely used in universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises, etc., as an ideal melting equipment for powder metallurgy, ceramics, polished porcelain, glass, new material development, special materials, refractory materials, chemical industry, experiments, and production.
Technical Characteristics
- This equipment introduces foreign advanced technology and is independently researched and developed as a high-efficiency, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly electric furnace. It features advanced structure, beautiful appearance, and a shell made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed by advanced CNC machine tools. The exterior uses luxurious double-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-term non-fading performance.
- The furnace has a balanced temperature field. The surface temperature of the double-layer heat-resistant furnace body is close to room temperature, and heating, holding, and cooling rates can be adjusted arbitrarily. The furnace is constructed using imported high-temperature composite fiber materials through numerical control technology, providing strong thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
- The control system adopts microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology with PID adjustment, automatic control, self-tuning function, and 50-segment program programming. It can compile various heating, heat preservation, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy and stability.
- Integrated module thyristor control with phase-shift trigger and protection system: independent over-temperature protection, over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, burnout, power failure, leakage, short circuit, and other protections.
- Electric lifting system: Electric lead screw is used for lifting, stable and vibration-free with downward airflow design. The furnace door can be opened to replace the crucible under high temperature conditions.

- The mixing system in the crucible ensures uniform material melting and improves product quality.
- One-button automatic discharging system improves convenience and safety while increasing working efficiency.
