Description

The Main Purpose

This Pit Type Furnaces is widely used in universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. for experiments and production of powder, military industry, aerospace, electronics, metallurgy, medicine, ceramics, glass, machinery, new material development, special materials, refractory materials, building materials, chemicals, metal sintering and metal heat treatment.

Technical Characteristics

  • This equipment introduces foreign advanced technology, independently researches and develops, and produces a high-efficiency, energy-saving, environmentally friendly new-type electric furnace. It features advanced and reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, and a shell made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed by advanced CNC machine tools. The furnace adopts a luxurious double-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-term non-fading.
  • The furnace has a uniform temperature field, and the surface temperature of the double-layer heat-resistant furnace body is close to room temperature. Heating and cooling rates can be adjusted arbitrarily. The furnace is constructed with imported ultra-high temperature composite fiber materials through numerical control technology.
  • The control system adopts microcomputer intelligent adjustment technology with PID adjustment, automatic control, self-tuning function, and 50-segment program programming. It can compile various heating, heat preservation, and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy, high energy saving, and high stability.
  • Integrated module thyristor control, phase-shift trigger, protection system: independent over-temperature protection, over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, burnout, power failure, leakage, short circuit, and other protections. The degree of automation is high and indicators have reached advanced levels.
  • Electric lifting system: Electric lead screw is used for lifting, with balanced vibration, small heat loss, and the furnace door can be opened for cyclic operation at high temperature.

Additional Configuration

  • In addition, through independently developed control software, the electric furnace can be connected with a computer to achieve remote control of single or multiple furnaces. Functions include starting and stopping the furnace, setting temperature programs, storing programs, viewing history curves, and printing history curves.
  • Venting holes or exhaust gas chimney (with valve, can be closed when not in use) can be added to meet environmental protection requirements with exhaust gas secondary combustion treatment.
  • An observation window can be added to observe real-time changes of materials inside the furnace.
  • The wind can be stirred by hot air to achieve higher furnace temperature uniformity.
