High Temperature Vacuum Furnace
The High Temperature Vacuum Furnace is designed for precision heat treatment, sintering, and material research. The Main Purpose
This equipment is widely used in universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. for experiments and production of powder, military industry, aerospace, electronics, metallurgy, medicine, ceramics, glass, machinery, new material development, special materials, refractory materials, building materials, chemicals, metal sintering and metal heat treatment.
Technical Characteristics
This equipment is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, environmentally friendly new type electric furnace. It features a reasonable structure, elegant appearance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
Using high-quality heating elements, the furnace offers advantages such as balanced temperature field, low furnace surface temperature, adjustable heating, cooling and holding rates, and high efficiency.
The furnace is constructed from ceramic fiber materials using CNC numerical control technology, providing strong thermal shock resistance, corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slag drop, no pollution, and long service life.
The control system adopts microcomputer intelligent control technology with PID adjustment, automatic control, self-tuning functions, and multi-segment programming. Various heating, temperature holding, and cooling programs can be preset.
Integrated multi-circuit control and phase-shift trigger technology provide protection systems such as over-temperature protection, over-current protection, broken couple protection, leakage protection, and short-circuit protection.
The furnace can work under vacuum or with protective gases. The valve control system includes inlet valves, exhaust valves, and vacuum pumps. Various gases such as argon, nitrogen, and oxygen can be introduced. The vacuum system adopts multi-stage sealing to ensure reliable sealing performance.

Additional Configuration
The electric furnace can be connected with a computer through independently developed control software. It enables remote control of one or multiple furnaces, start/stop operation, temperature program setting, temperature program storage, historical curve viewing, and curve printing.
The mass flow meter accurately displays gas flow and can automatically control gas flow.
Vacuum systems can include molecular pumps, diffusion pumps, roots pumps, and mechanical pumps depending on vacuum requirements.
A digital vacuum gauge provides high-precision vacuum measurement.
