Compact Multi Pump Test Set – Inverter Speed Control
This is a compact self-contained bench top set for studying the characteristics for various types of pumps.
The unit consists of four different types of pump namely-centrifugal, turbine, reciprocating and axial flow pumps and a common storage tank, measuring instruments. Speed control is by an advanced inverter. By manipulating flow control valves and a selector switch, each pump can be operated individually.
Instruction manual is also included.

Hydraulic Studies and AccessoriesOrifice and Jet Flow
This equipment allows determination of coefficient of velocity and coefficient of discharge under various constant heads for two different orifice diameters. Comparison of jet trajectory with that by theory of mechanics can also be made. The equipment is to be used with Hydraulics Bench i.e. HB100 or HB100N (separately supplied).
The equipment consists of a removable clear acrylic cylinder with sharp edge orifice installed at and flush with the lower inside wall of the cylinder. An adjustable overflow allows various constant heads for the test and trajectory of the jet is indicated by probes on the jet path. Heights of the probes are indicated by scales. The apparatus rests on adjustable footings and a level gauge is provided.

Hydraulic Studies and AccessoriesHydraulic Bench – Gravimetric
This is a service unit which provides water supply and gravimetric measurement for use in conjunction with other accessories for specific experiments (separately supplied).
The bench top is flat fiber glass with a raised edge to hold spilled water and has a quick coupling water outlet, water discharge tube as well as 4 drain holes. The experiment accessories on the bench top discharges water to the measuring tank via a tube. A measuring tank is hung on a cantilever beam on ball bearings. An adjustable tare weight and known weights are provided. When the water in the measuring tank exceeds the set weight, the beam will tilt and the measuring tank automatically discharges to the main storage tank which is drained at the bottom. A pump draws water from the storage tank and supplies to the outlet at the top. The unit is on a steel frame on wheels.
