Compact Series and Parallel Pump Test Set – Variable Speed
This is simple self-contained bench top unit for studying the series and parallel pump characteristics at various speeds.
The unit consists of two sets of centrifugal pump with motor and a storage tank on a steel base, advanced inverters, and measuring instruments. By manipulating flow control valves, each pump can be operated individually or both pumps connected in series or parallel.
Instruction manual is also included.

This equipment allows the moment caused by a fluid thrust on a wholly or partially submerged plane surface to be measured directly.
A PVC quadrant is mounted on a balance arm pivoted on knife edges which coincide with the quadrant center. When the quadrant immerses in water, there are hydrostatic forces. The balance arm has an adjustable counter balance and weights with a hanger. The quadrant is mounted on top of a clear acrylic tank which allows water to be admitted and drained to a required level by a valve. The tank rests on adjustable footings and a bull’s eye level is provided.

The basic hydraulic bench is a simple service unit which provides water supply and flow measurement for use with other hydraulic bench accessories, for specific experiments (separately supplied).
The bench consists of a storage tank with a drain pipe and a pump with a flow control valve. Flow measurement is by a water meter. The bench top is a stainless steel with an opening where test accessory discharges water to the storage tank. Water from the pump passes through a water meter and discharged to the test accessory by a quick coupling.
The unit is on a steel frame on wheels.
