The apparatus is designed for studying motion and operation of Porter, Proell and Hartnell governors.
The equipment consists of a motor with flange for attachment of governor, speed controller with sensor and indicator, governors with shaft scale for lift measurement and weights. A transparent cover is provided for safety.
Instruction manual is also included.
