Temperature Measuring Apparatus
This bench top unit is used for studying temperature measurement of several commonly used devices as well as understanding related principles.
The unit consists of four types of display and five different other temperature measuring devices.
Heat sources and means for calibration and accuracy comparison of the different devices is also provided.

Hydraulic Studies and AccessoriesPitot Tube Apparatus
This apparatus is for a study of velocity distribution across pipe section for a water flow in pipe, and for measurement of flow velocity. It is to be used with Hydraulics Bench i.e. HB100 or HB100N (separately supplied).
The apparatus consists of a total head tube and a static head tube for the Pitot, clear acrylic pipe, inlet and outlet, and an inclined manometer. The total head tube can be moved up or down vertically with a scale for indication of the tube position. Differential pressure is measured by a multiple inclination manometer.

Air Flow and ThermodynamicsShell and Tube Heat Exchanger
The apparatus is used for studying heat transfer through a shell and tube heat exchanger under parallel or counter flow conditions.
The unit consists of a shell and tube heat exchanger and a service module. The module comprises a hot water tank with a transfer pump and instruments for monitoring and control. Parallel and counter flow is by switching cold water hoses with quick coupling. The unit requires outside water supply.
