Equilibrium of Forces
Equilibrium of Forces apparatus demonstrates concurrent and non-concurrent force equilibrium in a single plane. For use with ST300 Universal Structural Frame.
Description
The equipment is used for studying the equilibrium of concurrent and non-concurrent forces in a single plane. It is to be used with ST300 Universal Structural Frame (separately supplied).
Pulleys are fitted around the frame and multi directional forces are produced with nylon cords by weight hangers and weights. A graph paper (not supply) attached to the board is used for recording the lines of forces. Two rings cord for concurrent or non-concurrent forces and a device for marking the lines of the cords are provided.
Instruction manual is also included.
